1 What payment methods are accepted at Le Bleu Resort?
Le Bleu Resort accepts payment by Cash (EUR or MAD), by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB et AMEX) and Bank Transfers before Check-In.
2 Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
During the High and Medium Seasons (Starting 01-04 Until 30-09), cancellations and modifications are free until 7 days before Check-In.
3 Can I pay upon arrival, or do I need to pay in advance?
Guests may pay upon arrival, except during the high season (July to September), when advance payment equivalent to the first night’s stay is required.
4 Is a security deposit required for the villa?
Yes, a security deposit of 21 000 MAD is required. It must be paid in cash upon your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you in cash one week after your departure, provided no damages have been found during the inspection of the property.

1 Are there any restrictions or requirements for couples?
Yes, if the woman is Moroccan, a valid Moroccan marriage certificate must be presented at check-in.
2 What is your policy regarding extra guests?
Extra guests are welcome; however, if the additional guest is a Moroccan woman accompanied by a man, a valid marriage certificate must be presented, even if the guest is not staying overnight.
3 What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?
